Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the most common questions about Weaver.

What is Weaver?

Weaver turns scattered meeting notes into one connected picture. Paste a transcript, upload an audio or video file, or invite our bot to a live Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet call. Weaver extracts who attended, what was decided, and what needs doing, files it into a project, and lets you ask questions across every meeting in that project.

The real point is memory. Weaver remembers across your whole account, not just one meeting, and it gets better the more you give it. Months later you can ask something as vague as "I vaguely remember we agreed something about pricing last time, what was it?" and Weaver will find the moment, the decision, and who said it.

How do I add a meeting?

Click "Add a meeting" from your dashboard. You can paste raw text, upload a file, or paste a meeting link for a live call. Files and transcripts are turned into structured notes automatically. Live calls are joined by a visible recording bot.

Which live-call platforms are supported?

Weaver can join Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet calls via a visible bot. The bot records the audio, transcribes it, and extracts decisions and action items just like an uploaded file.

Can Weaver handle meetings in other languages?

Yes. Weaver supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese for generated minutes and answers. Your account language controls the default output, and you can also translate a single meeting's minutes on the fly.

Who can see my meetings?

Only you can see your projects and meetings unless you explicitly share a project with someone else. Shared projects give invited members read access to the meetings inside. You remain the owner and can remove access at any time.

What does the Map show?

The Map is an interactive graph of your projects, meetings, and the people mentioned across them. It helps you spot connections: which people show up in which meetings, which projects overlap, and where a topic keeps coming up.

How do weaves work?

Weaves group related projects together. Use them for clients, teams, quarters, or any other structure that matches how you work. You can move projects between weaves, filter the dashboard by weave, and ask questions scoped to a single weave.

What happens to my data if I stop subscribing?

Your meetings and projects remain accessible. A paid subscription controls feature limits such as how many meetings you can add in a month, how much storage you use, and whether live-call bots are available. You can view or change your plan in Account & Billing settings.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. Weaver routes transcription and generation through Google's Gemini API, whose terms prohibit using API inputs to train foundation models. Your transcripts, files, and questions are processed to deliver the service and are not used to train external AI models.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can permanently delete your account from Account settings. Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your profile, credentials, and every meeting, transcript, decision, action item, and embedding tied to your account. There is no waiting period and no shadow copy is kept.
