Questions people ask us
What is Weaver?
Weaver turns scattered meeting notes into one connected picture. Paste a transcript, upload a recording, or send a bot into a live call, and Weaver files who was there, what was decided and what needs doing into the right project. Its memory grows across your whole account, so months later you can ask something vague like ‘I vaguely remember we agreed something about pricing’ and get the moment, the decision and who said it.
How do meetings get in?
Five ways: paste a transcript, upload audio or video files, record on your phone, send a Weaver bot into a Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet call, or forward notes to your personal Weaver email address.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Transcription and generation run through Google's Gemini API, whose terms prohibit using API inputs to train foundation models. Your meetings are processed to deliver the service and nothing else.
Who can see my meetings?
Only you, unless you explicitly share a project. On the Team plan, invited members get read access to the meetings in that project, and you remain the owner and can remove access at any time.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
Your meetings and projects stay accessible. A paid subscription controls limits such as monthly meeting-bot hours, storage and live-call bots. You can view or change your plan in Account & Billing settings.
How do I delete my account or data?
Permanently, from Account settings. Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your profile and every meeting, transcript, decision, action item and embedding tied to your account. No shadow copy is kept.
